Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed after order confirmation and payment verification. Customized and branded products require additional production time depending on product type, quantity, and customization requirements.

Estimated processing times:

• Standard Products: 2–5 business days

• Customized Products: 5–10 business days

• Bulk Corporate Orders: As per project requirements

Production timelines may vary during festive seasons or high-demand periods.

Shipping & Delivery

Bshopi delivers across India through trusted logistics partners.

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

• Non-Metro Cities: 4–8 business days

• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email, WhatsApp, or SMS wherever applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

Return Policy

Customized & Branded Products

Since most products sold by Bshopi are customized with customer logos, branding, names, or personalized artwork, customized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

Customers are requested to carefully review and approve all mockups, designs, spellings, logos, and artwork before providing final approval.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted only in the following situations:

• Wrong product delivered

• Product damaged during transit

• Manufacturing defects

• Incorrect customization performed by Bshopi

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details.

Return Approval Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team.

  2. Share your order number.

  3. Provide images showing the issue.

  4. Wait for return authorization.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only when:

• Ordered product is unavailable.

• Bshopi is unable to fulfill the order.

• Wrong product was delivered and replacement is not possible.

• Manufacturing defects are verified by our team.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Approved customized products.

• Customer design or spelling errors.

• Change of mind after production begins.

• Delays caused by logistics providers.

• Minor color variations due to screen display differences.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once customization, printing, branding, embroidery, engraving, or packaging work has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

For bulk corporate orders, cancellation terms may vary based on project requirements and procurement status.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

• Do not discard the packaging.

• Take clear photographs immediately.

• Contact Bshopi within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
